Athletes have been using coaches and personal trainers to improve their performance, skills and techniques for years, accelerating them to become great winners. Many athletes are known today because of personal and performance coaching.
Personal coaching is the next biggest thing now used by millions of professionals to develop their employees and their businesses; it is used by celebrities and individuals to bring out dreams, desires, goals and potential; it is used to diminish fears and overcome obstacles. Coaching is a combination of the best aspects of Mental Health and Professional Practitioners, including Clinical Psychology and Therapy, Cognitive Techniques, Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Thinking and Creativity, Emotional Intelligence, Communication Skills, Mentoring and Professional Coaching. The coach will work with the client, adapting to the needs which best facilitates them to meet their goals. This will be done in the form of trained listening, specific questions, skilled techniques, activities, solutions and an action plan. The individual will be rewarded with personal satisfaction and a clear and defined path.

Relationship Bliss Coaching is a pursuit of training, coaching and success services made up and devoted to improving people and their relationships. We offer a range of services to fit your individual needs, as needed. Our systems are not a quick fix but emphasis change in a short period of time due to the highly solution based focus. Clients are encouraged to make a 6 month commitment for maximum results but are not obligated. Many clients make it a personal choice to continue with a Personal Coach through out the stages of their life for personal maintenance, enhancements and continuity. Just as a person who chooses to loose weight and be healthy does not exercise and eat right until they get to their desired weight and then go back to their old ways, Coaching is the same, it is a lifestyle just as health is a life style. It is a personal relationship with yourself and your Coach. Our services are built to accelerate your skills and keep your relationships and your life in top condition.
